Cronolog

1. The Service

Cronolog is a web-based application that allows users to create, manage, and share timelines and related content. The Service is currently provided in beta. This means features may change, break, or be removed at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload malicious code or automated scripts intended to abuse the system

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

6. Beta Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

During beta:

Data loss is possible
Features may change without notice
Downtime may occur

You agree that you use the Service at your own risk during this period.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and we are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
